The group says, “while we are not a law firm, nor is this an attempt to practice law, we fear homebuilders are going to go super cheap on Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall repairs. We think a homeowner would be much better of in the lawsuit against the actual maker of this toxic Chinese drywall, and we can help you get identified to the court.” For more information homeowners really should contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

We need to get these homeowners identified now.” The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is warning US homebuilders who have specific knowledge of toxic Chinese drywall in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, or any other US state to be honest with their homeowners. The group says, “we know about the homebuilder phoney environmental firms, we know about homebuilders blowing off homeowners, who have toxic Chinese drywall in their homes, we know about specific homebuilders using undocumented workers to fix these houses in Florida, and Texas, and we are demanding the US DOJ get involved now.” The group says, “we also know President Obama, and his administration has this issue on ignore. Afghanistan will not be your legacy—–its going to be toxic Chinese drywall in tens, and tens of thousands of US homes, and your pathetic failure to help these completely innocent US citizens.” http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

What are the best symptoms for toxic Chinese drywall, and or imported Knauf Tianjin imported Chinese drywall in 2005-2006 Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and especially the metro areas of Houston & Austin, in Southeast Texas subdivisions? The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “we think repeated AC coil failures, combined with severe health symptoms are the best indicators. But, our biggest problem is getting the word out-especially in subdivisions. If you have these symptoms, just call us at 866-714-6466, and we will walk you, and hopefully your neighbors through a very simple self examination.” Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Says Before Starting To Repair A Toxic Chinese Drywall Home In Florida Or The Gulf States Use The National Construction Warranty Program

(Vocus/PRWEB) February 14, 2011

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “In scope we believe the US toxic Chinese drywall disaster is larger than the damage done by Hurricanes Katrina, Ivan, Ike, and Rita combined, unfortunately at this moment we have a sitting US President, who is either unwilling, or incapable of talking about this disaster in public.” They say, “As a result of putting the imported toxic Chinese drywall disaster on ignore, we now have the atmospherics of the Wild West, and as a result, out of frustration, or panic, innocent homeowners have just walked away from their American Dream, by the thousands, others are stuck not knowing who to turn to, or how to get help.” The group now says, “Before you buy any type of home, in Florida, or any US Gulf State, have it inspected by a home inspector, who knows what to look for, with respect to toxic Chinese drywall. If you want to buy a home known to have toxic Chinese drywall, with the intent of repairing it we are endorsing the National Construction Warranty Program, as the only smart way to go. http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is warning all real estate flippers in Florida to stop selling toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures, and then with minimal, to no repairs simply spinning the house to a new unsuspecting homeowner, for huge profits. They say, “The State of Florida, and all US Gulf States need to put a stop to real estate flippers, and banks dumping toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures on completely innocent homeowners. As Is-is not a disclosure, for toxic Chinese drywall.” The group is saying, “we have no problem with real estate investors buying these homes, or new homeowners buying these homes, but they need to be repaired properly, and the days of flipping a foreclosure to a new buyer, or banks-dumping a foreclosure with no disclosures have to end now.”

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “The National Construction Warranty Program is literally the only game in town for homeowners, home buyers, or home sellers stuck in the toxic Chinese drywall disaster, or wanting to protect themselves from the disaster in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, or Southeast Texas.” The National Construction Warranty Program says, “Chinese drywall could be anywhere. CDW was used anywhere drywall was needed. Over 350,000 homes suffered flood or water damage during the 2005 hurricanes alone. Any home that has had an addition, or has been remodeled since 2001 could contain it. That’s a lot of drywall. Can you afford to take the chance? Call National and get protected at 800-400-8679 to get more information.” http://www.nationalcdw.com

Stocks Keep Falling: “No Surprise!” says Expert; Main Street Battered; Hurting; Think Enron Quadrupled

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 20, 2006

It has been a terrible time in the stock markets. Down over 250 points in the last 48 hours alone, the stock markets’ declines directly hurt MainStreeters. The declines impact MainStreeters in their individual (regular) accounts. And the fallout may prove more pronounced in investment retirement accounts – already of huge concern. A recent study showed that 43% of Americans wouldn’t have enough money for retirement. This may haunt the growing-older baby boomers who now or will see their account balances fall, and with them, their future security.

Tens of millions of dollars, or more, likely lost by MainStreeters. How many of those tens of millions lost could have easily been avoided if Wall Street had been true to MainStreeters; doing the right thing for those investors who are not or were not suitable for the gambling that is stock market investing, now more starkly true than in many earlier years?

The stock market declines were not only anticipated but were forecast in print by Securities Arbitration’s Paul N. Young (see “Stock Market Declines – Rolling the Dice on Main Street” at http://www.SecuritiesGuy.com). And he was almost alone when he also accurately, beforehand and concurrently, forecast, followed, warned of the dangers of dot-coms and IPOs in 2000-01 in print and on air during those years – disastrous years from which America has yet to recover.

Paul Young: “We are now in the singularly most difficult time in stock market investing for MainStreeters since 2000 and the impact may be worse than either 2000 or the sharp declines of 1987. Indeed, they may be more far-reaching, as more Americans are invested directly or indirectly via regular or retirement accounts than in either of the two prior big drops. The ramifications can be expected to be profound and long-lasting for MainStreeters and worse for those burned by their brokers.”

“This is far more than a market ‘correction’ in my opinion,” says Young, whose organization, Securities Arbitration Group, is unaffiliated with any Wall Street firm, and is dedicated to working for individual Main Street investors when and if their stockbrokers and Wall Street firms have burned them.

He continues: “The world situation is markedly worse than in 1987 or 2000. Thus, the risks associated with investing in the stock markets is greater. The proposition that the world and national economies are swimming along nicely, as put forward by some, is a flat lie.”

The vehicle for recovery is securities arbitration and the free, national Securities Arbitration Hotline is 1-800-222-4724 is available, as it has been for years. “Securities arbitration is the one and only area of the securities industry where investors can get a fair and level playing field; a square deal,” says Paul Young. Securities Arbitration Group’s focused mission is to work as representatives for Main Street burned investors in securities arbitration forums nationwide and has done so for 18+ years. (Young owns no stocks and has no bias other than working for burned investors and educating Main Street so that they never become “burned” by Wall Street).

“It is impossible to believe that most individual investors are not in a high risk situation now. Anyone suggesting otherwise is either a fool or a liar. And, in my view, the situation shall only grow worse at the war drags, the price of oil and the resulting effects trickle through the economy, the real estate bubble bursts as ARMs skyrocket. Transport is in a mess and getting worse. I agree with the views of GM’s CEO when he warned of the severe ramifications if GM is allowed to fail. I expand the statement to include many industries across the country. Deficits at all levels of government and debt owed to other countries are also trouble for America. Political corruption costs, plus the U.S. and global job growth numbers are anemic and the jobs now created are not equal in pay or quality to those that have been and will be lost.

This is a very concerning time for Main Street investors who should now be reviewing where their dollars are invested, how they are invested, and whether their medium and long-term goals and objectives are being met and can be achieved. Most of the calls we get at the Hotline indicate to us that many investors haven’t the faintest idea of whether their stockbroker and the Wall Street firm has a clue as to how the individual client’s money is allocated so to ride out the storm safely while carefully planning for the future. This failure leads to investor abuse by Wall Street. Which is where securities arbitration comes in,” concludes Young. (Above quotes may be used without further permission but only in context and with full attribution).

Media Warning: This is not a Paris Hilton, Jenn Anniston, or Oprah Winfrey story. It is more. It is about people from all 50 states whose present and future financial lives, and those that follow them, may be severely hurt by Wall Street misdeeds and misconduct. Sexy? No. Entertaining? It will hold the attention of readers, viewers, listeners. Important? Crucially.
