I am trying to find out if the state of Alabama sends off the records to the fbi. I did some research and saw that only some states send their records the the fbi unless it was something like murder or a gun charge. I just couldnt find put if alabama was one of those states. I just want to know if someone did an fbi background check they would see my juvenile record which has been sealed. I spoke with the people at my juvenile records office and they said they dont believe alabama send them off unless its a real serious crime but wasn’t for sure about that. Thanks any info would help!
