The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is warning board members of condominiums, or town home developments in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, or Southeast Texas, to be honest, and have a policy of full disclosure, when it comes to toxic Chinese drywall, in all, or some of their units. The group says, “honesty is the best policy, and when the next round of the toxic Chinese drywall disaster starts–the one that deals with wrongful death, or long term injury associated with exposure to toxic Chinese drywall, you, or your board of directors do not want to be the ones holding the bag.” They say, “we understand the dilemma, of condominium associations with respect to toxic Chinese drywall, but you have to be honest with your homeowners.
