Extremely Favorable Business Climate Makes This Property a Winner

Friday, August 27th, 2010

National and international businesses alike are moving to the Southeast.  The I-85 Corridor is one of the hottest areas for businesses of any type and the area surrounding Auburn and Opelika, Alabama enjoys one of the most favorable business climates in the US.  The proximity of Montgomery, Alabama, Auburn University and Atlanta, Georgia provides businesses with access to any type of service, product or supply required, as well as transportation of products throughout the US and the world.

The area around Opelika and Auburn has been voted among the Top 10 places in the US for many things, including future growth, retirement, recreation and even golf.  This property offers immediate access to all of those benefits and much more. With 585 acres of valuable, appreciating property, this tract is the ideal location for residential, commercial, industrial or mixed use.  Of course, the adjoining property, which houses the soon-to-be completed $32 million Sportsplex and Aquatic Center, is another boon to investors.  The much-anticipated $1 billion Celebrate Alabama development is directly across the interchange from the property, providing even more benefits for potential investors.

Of course, the thriving business climate has enticed foreign investors and businesses to relocate to the area. The area has become known as the Southern Auto Corridor and provides Hyundai and Kia with access to suppliers all along the length of I-85.  Other suppliers, manufacturers and distributors are relocating to the area, as well, providing a wide range of products, services and supplies for almost any need imaginable.

While the volatile markets offer a precarious investment opportunity, this tract of land has the potential to be very profitable. Investors seeking solidity and reassurance amidst the financial downturn can appreciate the security afforded by this prime real estate. Of course, the property also offers many other benefits.  For instance, investors will be pleased that new sewer and water lines have already been installed.  Another benefit is the location of two well-stocked lakes on the property, ideal for recreation of all types.  The large home on the property is ideal for conversion to a clubhouse, which is an additional benefit for interested parties.

In short, for investors seeking the most favorable business environment would do well to consider this amazing opportunity.  With the best location, proximity to international business hubs and a burgeoning business atmosphere, this property is the best choice for discerning investors, who demand solidity and profit.

The draft is only days away, and the anticipation has never been higher. With the top 2-3 picks sure to be a lock, there is still tonnes of debate to who will fill the rest of the 58 spots on the board. I have already done an article on the overrated players in this years draft and got a decent response. So, now I am here to talk about the underrated players of this years draft. The players that …

Does it really work like this in Alabama?

Sunday, June 6th, 2010

In “Sweet Home Alabama” She wasn’t able to divorce until her husband signed the papers. It was up to him if he divorced. Does it really work like this in Alabama? Or was it just for the movie. I know that in most places if you are served with divorce you have to do it. Is there any real place in the united states where the divorce is your choice?

name this movie? Had to do with the holocaust?

Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

I watched this movie about 6 years ago. It’s not Shindler’s list. It doesn’t have Jennifer Anniston or Dicaprio or new actor’s/acctresses in it. It was about these 3 men who were on the run. Later in the movie there was a family hiding them in their house and letting them sleep and eat. Towards the end, they were found and chased I think underground. They were told to either come out and give up, or stay there and die. They never came out, so they started filling the place up with water. They hugged each other and shot themselves.

Can you help me with this question about my wife?

Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

My wife has sex with me about once per month. I don’t think this is enough. Moreover, I really get pissed when she doesn’t so I head out of the house to hang somewhere else. Now, I have a co-worker who is hot, sexy, and horny, I’m pretty sure she wants to get with me. We often have to go out-of-town for business so my question is , should I “hit it?” Please note, that she is far beyond gorgeous! Carmeron Diaz or Jennifer Anniston would stop and say, “wow! she’s hott.”

Am I the only person who remembers that Alabama backed out on playing Penn State this year?

Monday, May 31st, 2010

And pushed the series back to 2010-2011? A little something about Alabama being on probation. So the delusion that Penn State is afraid to play anybody “real” out of conference is a farce. They had to fill that spot with some team called Oregon State. I think you know the story there…
I am not suggesting that Alabama was afraid to play Penn State. What I am flat out saying is that everybody thinks that Penn State is too afraid to put anybody ‘real” on their schedule. Which is exactly what I stated in the question. No suggestions here. Capiche, Branden?

Can you name this movie?

Sunday, May 30th, 2010

Ben Stiller is in it (I remember vaguely, it might be incorrect).. and his wife might be played by Drew Barrymore? Jennifer Anniston? Someone that is popular today.

The couple moves into a very destroyed, shit-pile home along with a very old lady. I think they try to damage the house so it can get repaired. Something like that…

Do you know this movie or remember a movie with similar setting? I can’t remember much more, I watched it about a year ago, and I am thinking about watching it again, but I don’t remember it!
